I have over 750 miles this year already! I am enjoying it so much, but the back tires are wearing rather quickly. This picture shows all new suspension, it has settled a quite a bit and looks better a bit lower.

Lol.... It's all good. It's about to hit the lift in another week and begin the transformation. Hopefully some test hits in September.....

Been mostly hanging out at the car shows. Had a blast this weekend with my daughter at a 4th of July show where they shut down the main street in town to line the streets with cars. My daughter is my partner in crime. And she gives a thumbs up to the old Mopar.

I'm jealous of all these "finished" cars. Here is my '65 Barracuda; coming along slowly, plumbing for the dry sump system in progress.

I think your car is the best one I've seen so far. Anyone can put shiny paint on their car and make people at the car show say how pretty it is. That is if you can tolerate the extreme boredom of a car show. It's obvious your car is very straight to someone who's really paying attention and the Red Hood and other things give you give the eye something to look at instead of just one sweeping color that shines back like glass. It's no wonder all the rat rods and things like that get a lot of the attention at car shows because it's something different for the eye to look at. it's interesting. Trust me I can very much appreciate a complete rotisserie restoration and how much work and everything goes into it time money Etc but it seems like when all the imperfections are gone there's really nothing to look at.
