Cut the brackets down about an inch and reweld them. Then just leave lowest mounting tap on the rail. That's what I had to do with the same seats. Still a tad high for me at 6'1 230 lbs but it sure is better
Yeah that's what I was thinking but I'd probably need a little more than an inch or 2 to be actually happy with the fitment. With a helmet on and headliner on, I'll be right back to scrapping the top of the car.
