Classic 1993 Dodge Ram (ONLY 70 miles!)

Classic 1993 Dodge Ram (ONLY 70 miles!) - $17000

1993 Dodge Ram 150 Custom 3/4 ton full size pick-up truck.

This beautiful truck is brand new, the body is in perfect condition with factory plastic covering still on the seat and the cab still has that brand new smell and it has ONLY 70 MILES on it.

It has a five speed standard (manual on the floor) transmission, 30 gal tank, top quality custom ordered bench seat and a 5.2 Liter Magnum V8 engine. It has air conditioning, AM, FM radio, tape deck, clock, manual roll down windows, and wing windows. It has a Club Cab and two seats in the rear compartment. Right side profile picture has obvious grass clippings blown on the bottom of truck.

Vehicle is located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area classic

Maybe they got it out of Fairchild AFB. Looks like it could be Air Force blue. Maybe used on the flightline only, thus the low miles.

A Ram 150, that is a 3/4 ton truck? A 1500 is a half ton truck. A 150 is a half ton Ford.

its a half ton. in those years dodges were still designated 150, 250, 350 . hell my 68 is a d100. also d designates 2 wheel drive and w means 4wd.

But do the leaves come with it. For such a mint vehicle those windows have been left down at some point. Something's not right here.

That is a possibility, but under usual circumstances, the AF would use the truck for 15 years and it would have 45-60 K on it. What I have seen is that dealership owners will have a "small collection" of vehicles in a warehouse, then when the dealership closes, there are mint "time capsule " vehicles that are there for posterity. Didn't Chrysler close alot of dealerships about 10-12 years ago when the economy "tanked"? The price is steep for a two wheel drive truck, and it doesnt matter the low miles, letting a vehicle sit unused isnt good for it. There will be maintenance issues with that truck, it isnt "brand new".

Exactly.

The Chevy style designation started with the '94 redesign.

It's definitely in damn good shape.

One of the first "spam" giveaways for me would be if they didn't provide contact info (which they did).

Maybe it's legit? Won't know for sure until someone makes a thorough inspection.

My first thought is if you want that much money for it brag that it's clean, you can't be bothered to move it to mow?

That to me is always suspiciously. That much money and a bad battery? Blown brake lines? Won't start for some reason? Just plain lazy? That effenin' smart that you don't realize the best way to sell something is good detail job?

wonder if the air in the tires is factory that would add some $ to it.

Only post 1994. Dodge used 100,150,200,250,300,350,400 and 450 on trucks as far back as the 40s.

the first number establishes the tonnage.

1: 1/2 ton

2: 3/4 ton

3: 1 ton

4: 1.25 ton

5: commercial 1.5 ton or high (usually in grain trucks and dump trucks)

At least wipe the junk off the speedo....
