That is a possibility, but under usual circumstances, the AF would use the truck for 15 years and it would have 45-60 K on it. What I have seen is that dealership owners will have a "small collection" of vehicles in a warehouse, then when the dealership closes, there are mint "time capsule " vehicles that are there for posterity. Didn't Chrysler close alot of dealerships about 10-12 years ago when the economy "tanked"? The price is steep for a two wheel drive truck, and it doesnt matter the low miles, letting a vehicle sit unused isnt good for it. There will be maintenance issues with that truck, it isnt "brand new".
