My first thought is if you want that much money for it brag that it's clean, you can't be bothered to move it to mow?
That to me is always suspiciously. That much money and a bad battery? Blown brake lines? Won't start for some reason? Just plain lazy? That effenin' smart that you don't realize the best way to sell something is good detail job?
