AFR from dyno pull

I recently had my 340 duster on the dyno and overall everything seems pretty good, except for a lean spike around 4300rpms. Anyone know how I can drop the Afr a little at that rpm? I was thinking maybe a different power valve, currently running a 6.0 which is about half the vacuum I pull at idle 12". I have attached a photo of the dyno pulls. IMAG1337.jpg
