About to commit to a rolling chassis with a complete rear end that was borrowed from a 61 chrysler 300, for the sake of being a roller....is this pre 8.75? I have no pics of the rear end yet...donor chrysler was a 361 bb car...
Could this be an early 8.75? Any value either way?

Thanks guys. I know this is for A bodies but I'm sure someone knows the early mopars!

I think that rear ends prior to 64 had tapered axles and drums.

It's probably the early tapered axle 8 3/4. Not much has to be done to make them usable in anything else.

You will need different axles and drums and brakes and it will need to be narrowed to whatever width you need.
