Hey folks!
I've been away a while. We've been working on the guest house in the summer house (?) on the coast. The plan was to change the wallpaper, paint the ceiling and rent it out. Turned into a wrecking fest ... We found a couple of old ants nests, the kind that eat houses. Two large holes in the floor, the walls tore down and we found this.
Fortunately, a neighbor is a retired masonry man. H offered to help us out and now it looks like this!
Well, actually a bit better now that it's all dried.
My wife did a helluva job on the windows and I put the panes back in. We're going back up next weekend to paint most of it.
