Unbelievable. *crybaby alert.

The thing I find most unbelievable about this? That the police in that area actually enforce the laws regarding the display of handicapped tags and/or are watching who parks in the handicapped spots. Because the police just don't care around here. Everybody and anybody park in the handicapped spots, and I just don't see the police doing anything about it.
