I had a similar problem, but the real issue is the spare. I solved that by buying one dual bolt pattern steel wheel that fit the front and back bolt pattern.
Why is the spare a problem? Your front and rear tires are no where near the same height. If you've got a limited slip rear in that axle your spare has to be the same height as your rear tires, which would be too tall to fit the front anyway. So the bolt pattern would be pretty irrelevant.
