I have an extremely clean 1966 Dodge Dart 2-door sedan for sale. This is an original California Grandma car that I bought by the California ocean last summer. The car is in largely original condition and turns heads everywhere... I can promise you won't find another two-door Dart like this anywhere... It is un-molested, un-modified, and pretty much un-improved.

Car is 99% rust-free. Original paint with awesome patina. Original rubber floor mat. 170ci slant-six, 3-speed on the column. The headliner, seat covers and package tray were replaced at some point, but otherwise the car appears to be as-delivered when new. The odometer shows 58,874 but it isn't functioning, as such true mileage is unknown.

I have done almost nothing to the car since I've owned it. I put wiper blades on, a brand-new battery in, and installed an NOS taillight lens on the outer driver's side, but other than than I haven't touched the car. I check the oil at every fill-up but haven't added a drop. I drove it about 1000 in-town miles last summer and it never left me stranded.

It's very fun to drive, and as tight as an unrestored fifty-year-old car can be. There are no squeaks, rattles, or shakes. Doesn't overheat. Stops well. I'm sure it could use a tune-up but it's been a blast wringing out the little slant-six around town.

The body is in amazing condition considering it's age. Never hit. Zero filler. With the exception of some corrosion under the left rear passenger's footwell, the car is completely rust-free. There are a few bumps and bruises around the car as is to be expected, and recently the car was hit with hail on the driver's side, leaving about fifteen small dents. They are hard to see but they are there.. I had an estimate of $325. from a paintless dent repair technician to bump them out.

On the downside: Several of the gauges (including fuel) aren't working; I haven't attempted to fix them, I just put gas in and drive the car. Radio inop. Windshield is cracked. Trim needs polishing, it is dull from oxidizing from being next to the ocean. Defroster vents crumbling. Backseat armrests missing. Front bumper snagged something on driver's front corner. Typical old car stuff.

THERE ARE 107 PICTURES OF THE CAR HERE:

This Dart has a clean, clear Colorado title in my name. Please look at all the pictures, they show anything you could want to know about condition.

$4800 or close offer... No trades please. Car is in Denver, CO. Thanks FABO!

Full or partial trades considered; Rare engines, rare parts, really good blocks, 4-speed transmissions, vintage speed parts, Danas, etc. I'd trade the car straight across on a good 426 block... etc...

No vehicles please, I'm out of room!! Thanks!
