Lokar Help

PLEASE don't reply here with any comments about how great the Bouchillion cables are.

the stock ones are even better

lol, sorry, couldnt help

but as mikey say, it is pretty straight forward
on my car with the carb closed there is about 3/16th between the barrel lock on the cable and the part that mounts to the throttle bracket (look at the pic, it makes sense)
this works on my car, it may not work on your car, but it may serve as a good starting point

make sure you put the adjuster (far right of the pic) centered, so you can in essence shorten or lengthen the cable by adjusting that after you got the barrel put on

if at some point you feel like you need to trim the cables, i've found the easiest way to do this, without the cables fraying, is by wrapping some electrical tape around it and then cutting it with a cut off wheel
(also works on the braided steel outer sheath, but i would leave the tape on there after cutting it, to prevent it from fraying afterwards

oh, and be sure to take the cables out of the outer sheaths and lube them up with some graphite powder before reassembly
