I finally figured out that my passenger side exhaust manifold gasket was blowing out on bottom. I replaced with a felpro replacement one but looks like it's still leaking. What's a good after market one that will seal if there's some warping going on there. thanks

Remflex gaskets work great for that. We had some warpage issues and the Remflex gaskets cured our leakage problems. They are kinda pricey though.

If you put on a new Fel Pro gasket and there is still a leak, I'd look a little deeper to see if there is a problem. Take the exhaust manifolds off and lay a good straight edge along them to check for warpage. Did you clean all gasket surfaces thoroughly? Is there a crack? Check carefully before you start throwing more money at it.

Had a similar problem years ago on my 64 Barracuda. Never could keep the exhaust from leaking from under the manifold. This is just a picture I down loaded from the net, the circled area where the block boss is, I had to grind down a little. It seemed the boss on the engine block keep the manifold from sealing correctly. It would be easy to check this......

I use flatout graphite gaskets, they don't leak and have reused them and still didnt leak.
