There is a way to bleed a caliper, and or the brake system, when the bleeder screw on the caliper, isn't pointing towards the top, the hightest point in the system.
Remove the caliper from the spindle.
Hold up, or tie up the caliper with the bleeder screw pointing upwards, as high up as you can.
Insert a block of wood between all the pistons, to keep them from moving out of their bores.
Then pump away, in the bleeding procedure to get all the air out of the system.
Reinstall caliper, your done.
But still from then on, that caliper won't officially be correct for that side.
As long as you know that, then no big deal.
