tell us about it? I know VW had a rotor with a centrifugal limiter on it back in the day.
Volvo had a rev limiter built into their rotor, a channel between the center of the rotor and the tip, a small spring with a small steel ball pushing against the center post. as rpm's went up over a certain speed the ball would overcome the spring tension and break contact. the performance rotor was solid copper, no spring and ball.
