Yup, got em. Any advice? I would love to keep my arm length to close-up vision. I can deal with glasses either way but would love to keep my arm length vision.

The corrective lens thing is what I am wondering about. If I can drive and read a computer screen I would be tickled pink Cadillac.I had cataract surgery about a year ago. Before surgery I was wearing bifocals and needed my glasses for reading, watching TV, driving and almost everything that required any detail. I was having serious trouble with night driving as a result of headlight glare. Today, as part of cataract surgery they also implant corrective lenses, which is what was done in my case. I no longer need glasses for anything other than close up fine detail. I no longer need glasses for driving, watching TV, or using my computer. The headlight glare problem is almost non-existent. I think you will be very pleasantly surprised.
Don't hold back. Tell us how you really feel.My Mom's idiot husband had cataract surgery awhile back. He was amazed at how clear he saw afterward. The yellow tinge in his vision was gone and everything was clearer and brighter.
I still didn't like the asshole.
Sorry man. Thanks for sharing though.I think I am one of the few who had the lens implant and have hated it ever since.Without glasses the "corrected" eye is way worse than the other one.It was supposed to improve. I still think the eye Dr messed up but who am I to say.
