special handling refers to non standard, as in an unusual paint combination. I had a mid 70's huge boat Fury, which had a special handling tag. I believe it was because it was painted two-tone. It was seafoam green, with white painted (not vinyl) roof, so it required special masking.

IF H6F is correct, it would be a non recommended interior color with the Y3 cream exterior paimt.

But the exterior paint itself would be standard, so I'm not thinking the extra tag.

Nonetheless, value this 69 318 auto orignally with not very desirable color now switched to another not very desirable color accordingly.
