65 rear seat belt anchors

I have a set of 4 rear seat belt anchors. There were no seat belts in this car. They
were in a 65 Valiant wagon. They have a bolt which screws into the anchor and a big
concave washer on the bottom side. I have not run across these before, so I don't know
if these are stock Mopar or after market. $22.00 shipped for all 4 in a small flat rate box
