I hear a lot of complaints about the Nittos but have never tried them. I know some guys are saying prices have went up so now they are priced close to MT and Hoosier.

I'd pay attention to what perfacar said. He doesn't say much, but when he does its golden. He's very sharp and doesn't BS.
IMO, your battle will be with the stick and a radial. I've never done it, and I'm too dam old to have to tune, as I have at least a handle on what I have. If perfacar says that tire is good with a stick, it's because he has used it and it worked.
Not many stick guys left anymore. If it was easy, everyone would do it.
