Rear defroster and map light switch location? Picture needed

I want to install a rear defroster and map light in my 1969 Dart and need to know where the switches are located on the dash. The map light on my 1974 Valiant was under the dash by the e-brake handle is that the same location for the 1969? Does the defroster switch go in the same area?
A picture of the switches on the dash would be Great.

On the dash bezel are the REAR DEFROST letters cast into the plastic bezel or is it a sticker? It looks like a separate sticker placed on the bezel.
 
I think there are at least two versions of labeling. One is chrome (like pictured) and the other is a black clip with white lettering. On the black clip, the letters are lightly etched into the plastic. It is not just a sticky label.

Usually the chrome version can be seen on eBay, but I couldn't find one tonight.
