THAT FAN IS CORRECT for the direction it turns. Whether it moves enough air is another matter. Put paper over the front it will suck it to the rad

I is also INSTALLED correctly. If you flip it, it will still pull the same direction, but it will be a LOT more inefficient

Unless I'm going blind, here is what you have...........

The left side (approaching the air) is towards the viewer

The right side of the photo the blade is away from the viewer. This is throwing air TO THE REAR

The proper blade cure is that the REAR side of the blade is CONCAVE, which is correct
