Changing Automatic Shift Points in a 727

I have a TransGo shift kit in my 727 (technically a 46RH), I don't remember what one but it still operates as an automatic transmission. When I have the shifter in Drive under Wide-Open-Throttle the 1-2 up-shift is perfect right at 5000 rpm, the 2-3 up-shift is early about 4500-4600 rpm. What do I need to change to delay the 2-3 up-shift?

So when I'm at the track what I have done in the past was put the shifter into 2nd gear. SO that the 1-2 up-shift was done automatically right at 5000 rpm where I want it. Then I would bump the shifter into 3rd gear to shift into 3rd gear at 5000 rpm. This works but I think it would be more consistent if I can get the transmission to shift correctly into 3rd gear when the shifter is in drive.

Also one other thing if the above isn't enough lol. When I bump the shifter into 3rd gear I would need to do that around 4600 rpm then by the time the engine got to 5000 rpm it would shift into 3rd, so it takes that long for it to complete the shift when manually shifting it, is there anyway to make that quicker?
