What are you listening to ?

UFO - an underappreciated band for sure.
No doubt. Michael Schenker is awesome. Got to meet and party with him backstage at the 930 club in D.C. in the the early 80s when The Cramps were playing. Kristie Wallace (Poison Ivy) of the cramps is my cousin and he was huge fan of them.
Was a hell of a night.lol.

Snoring  By a seven year old called Buddy :p

Hey @memike, I clicked on this thread expecting to find some cool music you were listening to! And that's not a recent pic of Buddy, no fair! Treva changed the color scheme of your place quite a few years ago
You are right, but she changes this every other month it seems :BangHead:

I've been listening to a lot of Tom Petty, I'm still torn up by the fact that he's gone (especially after seeing him last month).

He was one of the reasons I first picked up a guitar (along with Tony Iommi inspiring me to play, even though I couldn't feel my fingers), David Gilmour and Ritchie Blackmore too, for their powerful yet simplistic riffs.

Petty also was a reason I started to write, and write music as well.

When Petty died, my friend sent me this old picture (of me), with the text. "It was fun hanging out with a young Tom Petty, pick your guitar back up and become a legend."
