1964 speed Cracked bearing retainer

Cracked my bearing retainer i see that brewers states its a 4.354 Bearing retain for the 1964 ball and trunion 4 speed. do i just unbolt the old one have put the gasket and seal on it? and is BEARING RETAINER 4.354 the correct size for my year 4 speed
 
Yes on the size 4.35"
Yes on the replacement procedure
 
Make sure the input shaft stays in place and doesn't fall out of the main shaft or you'll be pulling the side cover to retrieve the rollers inside between the two shafts.
