No title doesnt mean its stolen. Not by a long shot. I had an 2003 S10, I lost the title back in 2010 when I moved. It had come in the mail the day of the move and didnt make it into the safe with the others. I didnt realize it until I went to trade it in a full year later. So I simply submitted the paperwork and had a replacement title issued
