Unicorns, Bigfoot and that needle in a haystack

Thanks! I appreciate the heads up. I actually checked out that car in September 2015 when it was at a Classics dealer near Rochester NY. He was asking more than I felt the car was worth, little things seemed off. Like a 225 radiator and incorrect K frame and sway bar, trunk leaked and was all fiberglass, rust bubbles in quite a few areas...plus some small (yet $$ things) like incorrect seatbelts, carb, etc. I can't remember everything now, but we had a long list!
Had Finances and transport all lined up and drove 7 hours round trip, so I was serious about the car, but after going over it real well, I realized it wasn't worth it to me. I want to do a complete (stock) restoration, so starting with a 20k car that was missing some key components, just didn't make sense.
Not to mention, I really prefer the 71s. I prefer the dash, air cleaner, grille, side markers, scoops and HP in the 71 over the 72.
Eh, my search continues. I'll find the right one eventually!
Thanks again!
I agree on the 71...the grill, rallye dash are 2nd to none...engines can be bumped up in HP while appearing stock
