Hi,

I've been the owner of a 1963 Dodge Dart Wagon for a couple of months now. Time for a forum "build" thread!

Plans for now? First winter: Lowering the car a little, fix some minor problems with door mechanism (back doors) and brakes (faulty restoration), install 3-point seat belts for my two kids in the back, start restoration of big /6, install car stereo and speakers (make them invisible), and some other easy to do stuff.

Plans for the future: Convert from three-on-the-tree to push button, install big /6, repaint the car, make it more of a laid back surf stylish wagon without ruining it. Build my own roof rack and grille. Maybe exchange front bumber for a later model (or not?). Enjoy this really nice car that some previous Owner has kept in a very good shape, and take GOOD care of it!

PS. Just recieved some car parts from StrokerMcG on this forum. He's one of the good guys, clearly surpassing my expectations by far. What a good deal! DS.

It's... not a common car here... :-D. A few Valiant wagons though, 64 and up.

Like stickers. I actually design some of them myself. Lowbrow & kustom kulture.

Here's a picture. More to come...

Nah. Thats my wifes sisters husbands Chevy. But I am somehow guilty for it's existence... :-D Got an 1970 Nova for burnouts and fun.

Welcome aboard on the A body train. I sure will follow this thread.

Welcome from Vienna, Austria.

I have a similar/cousin car and I had lot of fun over the last decades with it...
A-Body Stations are great cars.
