In order to run that successfully your car has to be pretty high in the back for ride height, because those tires won't actually fit into the wheel wells. 255's on that combo would be about even with the outside of the quarter lip, 275's would be almost another 1/2" past that. It will only work if your car is raised significantly compared to stock, ie, super stock springs, etc.
