last time I did this I hacked it from hardware store pipe. ha..... I have seen some co. mentioned here on FABO that I believe specializes in gauges an they had great selection of tees that can be used to come off oil pump and have both the idiot light and the manual gauges. I like having both. I wrote their name down but can not find it! anyone?????

Only a gauge and the idiot light, with no warning buzzer?:D
One of my cars had all three for oil pressure, charge voltage and temperature.

I believe what you are looking for is a "street tee" in the appropriate size. V8's are 1/8 NPT

O'course that doesn't mean the pimply faced uninterested teen-ager at Ace Hardware will have any idea--or care--what a "street tee" IS

don`t know what engine ur talking about. But the big blocks have 2 oil ports on the back of the block, no need for a tee, just a 1/4" to 1/8" reducer for one port, 1/8" for the other.

How did you get it to fit? I wanted to do that on mine, but there wasn't enough room to thread the tee and nipple into the oil pump, the tee would hit the block. Would love to have both gauge & idiot light.

I tried to put a "tee" in for oil pressure and light on a slant and there was not enough room for the fitting.

I did it in a 72 duster, but I hacked it using black or galvanized pipe, it was not easy to access. that "street Fitting " was no doubt shorter than what I fabbbed. I looked for one in Lowe's other day but did not fin such. I did see on FABO a treat where a co. specialized n gauges and thy had all s orts of fittings. no ide who they were.

IIRC later model magnum motors have a hex shank T fitting.

Has an odd sloped top, and might take creative measures to remove/install, but they're cheap and all Mopar.

Does anyone make a 3/8" (I think that's the size of the sender for a slant) flex hose that will stand up to the pressure & heat so you could maybe mount a tee on the firewall?

Yeah, I found this stuff at ACE, round the corner from me.
