Just bought a set 14" SBP by 5.5 rally wheels
This is weird... I got wondering what exactly the trim out on a 1970 rally wheel looked like, so I googled the 1970 Dodge Dart brochure, and guess what --it shows the rally wheel with NO center cap. Very strange. You can see the five small screw holes. Bottom left. I suppose this was one of those "it wasn't ready for the advance photo shoot" deals...
