So last Fall I decided to cut a bunch of weight out of my Dart. I ordered a set of fiberglass bumper brackets for the front and rear of my car. A cheap, easy way to cut some weight. Once I got them, they didn't seem to fit my stock bumper or my fiber glass bumper very well. I decided to return them. When I contacted UL about returning them, a lady told me to email an address and get an RMA and that there would be a restocking fee. It was a few weeks before I could get to town to ship them, and by then I had lost the email address. I called back and talked to Kevin, he said to just ship them back and he'd take care of it. So I did and Kevin signed for them on Dec. 28th. Since then I've called every 2-3 weeks and talked to Kevin, and it's always the same story, "I'll put a note on the accountants desk, she's in on Thursdays". I've asked to have her call me, did actually get to talk to her one time, was told she didn't have time to talk to me because she was doing payroll. Been told a few times that the refund was "pending". After 10 months I would think that the refund should've gone through?

I'm just letting you guys know how their customer service has been treating me.
 
If you paid with a credit card, file a claim with them for reimbursement. Shame on the supplier!! :eek:
 
Nice to know. I was going to buy alot of parts for my '67 Barracuda from them. They won't get my $$
 
I've seen Unlimiteds stuff before it's crap next to AAR.....
 
Thanks for the heads up. I was going to use them for a few projects cause I live about an hour away and was going to try and save on shipping. Guess i'll stick with AAR. Has anyone used AAR and if so how was the quality and fit up? Thanks

Yup,got their 6-pack hood on my duster fit finish and quality is excellent..

I bought a bolt on fiberglass hood from them 8 or so years ago for a 69 Dart. The hood was decent I’d much rather buy AAR out of Florida. I still haven’t even used the hood needs way more body work to fit than my skills are up to. Dustin.

I just thought I was screwed. I did call the Credit card company today and they are disputing the charges to Unlimited Fiberglass
 
Did anything happen with the refund? I know they had a hurricane down there and Lord knows if the place is still standing? I was down there this last summer and going to pick up a front bumper for myself but their prices just seemed out of line compared to others. of course that could be due to Superior Quality also.
I think I'm going to order one from us fiberglass as they're down near La and I'm going to visit my dad in January. I still need that front bumper as it will make the car more complete.
Of course like every time I go to a different place concerning the car I'll tour their plant take pictures and tell you about my experience there. So at least that for a bodies only members can get an idea.
