so it seems one of "my people" here refused a call from the campus police about a traffic light that wasn't working properly - told the cop that we don't take that type of call directly and to send us a "web request" - - big OOPS - my boss, his boss and I think the director are in a meeting right now about it - ruht roh spaghetti-o's :lol:
