The Edelbrock intake was okay on price the last time I checked, but it's been years. The kicker with it is you had to have two carbs, so what you might have saved on intake costs you lost in extra carb cost.
That's just it. Granted, if you're going on the cheap, a couple of used edelbrock carbs can be had for 200-250. Not really wanting to do the dual quad thing. The intakes are around 440.
