I know all the info is here for me to R & R the gasket, my question is can I drive her until the weekend without damaging the engine? Thanks!

There won't be any damage to the engine. It is very much worth your while to delay the job until you can get the good gaskets for the manifolds-to-head and intake-to-exhaust junctions, and pay attention to your manifold mounting hardware. Tips and tricks for this job are here.

Just some info, I used gaskets from a company called Remflex. They work great and would recommend them. MOPAR Header/Exhaust Manifold Gasket
