What got you hooked on A-Bodies anyway?

I believe that my love for the A bodies started when i was twelve years old. My dad totaled out his Demon on the way to watch Jaws in the theater. Someone turned out in front of him. so he then purchased a 1975 Dodge Dart Sport, and that was when it all began for me.
Forty two years later I am still driving A Bodies, although I lean towards Duster versions these days.

Not sure I ever shared my story so here goes:

I think I was about 6 years old and GrandPa and I were riding in his Ford (he was a Ford man mostly) up a two lane road out in the country. It broke down and we walked to a phone booth to call his friend to come pick us up. We went back to the car and waited. Up pulls this gold 1970 Duster. Just a /6 car but I still remember going "WOW!" as I jumped into the back seat. I still remember the ride in that car and it has been 45 years! Of course, I have owned a couple since then and still do.
