Right remote mirrors were on US C body cars in the higher price classes.

The mid 60's ones look very similar to the A/B body ones as pictured.

The remote cables are typically short and need to be operated from the pass seat.

The mid-late 70's ones had long cables so they could be operated from the driver's seat.

My ex brother in law bought a new 68 sport fury in late 68 w/ every known option on it. It had a remote pass. side mirror , w/ the adjustment in the center of the dash. Dam car was fast too, for a boat ! 4 speed on top of that! I always was a little jealous of the fender mounted turn signals and that mirror .
