Everybody is "stupid" or "ignorant" about something. Lots of rich people are too stupid, ignorant, or just plain lazy to learn how to work on their own cars.
****, I know more so called "poor" people that are too ignorant or stupid to work on their own cars than I do so called "rich" ones.
I suppose it comes down to one's definition of "poor" and "rich".
