How The Hell Does Year One Stay in Business

I agree with a lot of what is said. It IS really convenient to be able to get everything in one place at one time. You can save some money by shopping around. But if you need 30 or 40 things, do you really want to screw around spending 10-12 hours on 15-20 separate transactions? I don't. When I went through the 69 Barracuda a few years ago, I got almost everything from Classic. I am on their Email list, and I get 25% and 30% discount notifications all the time. Shipping isn't cheap, but it IS cheaper than what Y1 charges. Y1 rapes you on shipping. I did find better prices on a few bigger things like a gas tank and carpet on Ebay. But the bulk of the stuff was from Classic. I am not rich. I do OK, but I like the idea of being able to get most or all of what I need from one place at reasonable (with the 25-30% of sales) prices.
