Help me hook this thing up... I have the Chevy guys gunnin' for me...

you aren`t running the h.p. I`m talking about, but my old hemi car tore up pinion snubbers no matter how they were set, and couldn`t keep front spring clamps located right. we were running 002-003 springs and nothing else but 14 and 16' slicks. It carried the wheels to the second gear change , the few times it really hooked up. Track prep was pretty bad back then, and firestone slicks were the only ones that came close to working . -Back then.

Nope, thats for sure!!!! I get excited when someone take a pic of me leaving the line and it looks like i could slide a piece of paper underneath the left front tire.
The Traction Bars just says CHevvy to me. Not meant to offend 318! And they will either Bend the Hell out of your spring or if done right will work. the problem is most just buy a kit and install it. Most i see have the rubber nubbed loading the leaf spring instead of the spring eyelet.
