Can you give some specifics on the door cards and what materials you used? I need to do the same and would rather do it myself than buy something off the shelf.
Waterproof panelboard (32 x 48) . My local lowes stocks them.
They are cut with templetes to correct size then scuffed. Mine are then coated with truck bedliner spray. Added original trim from my fubared original. They are installed with a screw holding each side at bottom.
Not for everyone but each one cost me only $12 in supplies.
