Used to be restaurants, hospitals and other places restricted children under a certain age. I just don't agree that children should be allowed every damn where they want to go.

Kinda like the old sign in certain places that read "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason". WTF happened to privately owned establishments that were free to operate how they wanted and not forced to serve everyone all of the time? A privately owned business. That used to mean something.

Rob this is what it comes down to in my opinion.
A kid of any age is welcome anywhere a kid can legally be, and it is (should be) a decision of the parents to remove said kid if he isn't acting appropriately.
Screaming in a restaurant where others are having a meal isn't appropriate, and the parents should remove the child until he understands this.
No punishment or anything like that, but just a simple sentence that until you can quit screaming while people are trying to have a meal you are not going.

The problem is when the parents don't think it's worth their inconvenience to allow you to have the right to eat without their kid screaming.
I think I would have asked the manager to deal with it first, and THEN gone right to the parents.

OH, and by the way.
Go to the damn restroom to blow your nose ya frickin disgusting noise making pig.:D
