since I have not had access to one to test.)

Yep, your original looks like mine, minus the tape holding it together... Thanks

That is one of the reasons I want to make one out of ABS so I never have to glue, tape or pray that the original one stays together, the hurricane messed up my working garage pretty bad and I just now go the roof back on it from a tree going through it. I'll soon be back into prototyping and as soon as I'm satisfied with the replacement looks and shape I'll post it on this site.

not even close to the originals? I have no idea what you are talking about.
Thats because I ordered mine from Apipco. Fits perfectly and is made out of plastic instead of cardboard.
THIS is how they should have been made from the start!

1968-1972 Mopar A-Body (Non-A/C) Replacement Glove Box (Plastic)
you have a later model glove box and they are close to original; BUT replacements for the early A's look like this (butt ugly)

when they should look like this (OOPS the paper one on the right)

It’s a shame they don’t offer one for the early A, because they kick ***
