Yes, with that 110 LSA, it will have a notable burble to the sound. Your new manifolds and a dual exhasut wil do a lot for the performance and sound even with a smaller cam.
(I personally would go with less duration to keep the low RPM torque as much as I could, and a 112-114 LSA for better fuel economy, but your 3.55 rear gear change will help compensate.)
