SSBC Front Disc Brakes (A153) & 14 X 5 1/2" Steel Wheels ?s

Here's what I received from SSBC when I asked them. Unfortunately, I do not have a 14" X 5 1/2" steel wheel to measure.



If I'm reading the diagram correctly, I need 12.84" Diameter of clearance. Can anyone measure a steel wheel for me?
