Budget fix? We thought a muffler swap? Which is what is really needed...
Magna Flow glass packs retain the interior Diameter though out. The longer they are the more quiter they will be. Can you install them after the mufflers?
It crossed my mind to throw glasspacks inline as resonators. It didnt cross my mind to replace my $200 exhaust system with a $1200 exhause system. Lol. Yes i agree a new muffler is the "best" answer. But its not in the budget.
