I was supposed to get the 4 gear in the valiant this weekend but I ended up sleeping the weekend away

oh well, valiant is 55 years old ...what is another weekend

This weekend is Christmas! We only get one a year! Ho Ho Ho!

Stockings are stuffed, presents under the tree, cookies and milk gone.

My work here is done! One more beer and off to bed!

Back in those days, some guys at Mopar Nats had a full sized cardboard cutout of the Bartles & James guys with the caption "Show your tits and thank you for no support".... :D

We used to have a picture of it.... :lol:
 
Another frosty morning. -30.
Truck parked in heated shop, van plugged in. Both full of gas. We ready for anything.
I’m starving. Thinking its going to be a good day.
Guaranteed better than last year. Mom fell and fractured her hip,and nothing could move due to a snowstorm. We got a foot christmas night.at that point mom didnt think it was broken.
My wife stayed with mom,i went home to look after things.
Next morning the 10 minute drive took well over an hour. My plow truck was having difficulty. Plow all the way up and angled.Otherwise it would pile snow on windshield.
The town workers were clearing snow,and dropped everything to help get ambulance to the house and even helped clean moms driveway and sidewalk. I love living in a small town...

It sounds like a great place to live! You have some really kind folks there.
 
Good Morning and Merry Christmas to all my Mopar friends. It is amazing that the Birth of a Baby over 2000 years ago has lead to all of this. I am humbled and delighted with all the good friends I have met on here. The friendships made here are special. And I wish for all a Great New Year coming!

Should be a interesting day around here, Marilyn is not even near finishing the lasagna, she makes a million little meatballs to put in it along with Italian sausage cut up, well that is done, she has to make the sauce and assemble it, figure that is a all day event right there. I am hands off on it because if anything does not come out right it is always my fault! Good day to be in the shop today.
