Post some photos. If the damaged ones are the "more common" ones you can replace them. You can get terminals for most of the connectors. I would not be adverse to just using a different TYPE connector unless you are going for "restore correct."
RedFish has mentioned on here, there is one white colored connector in the engine bay, you would be wise to splice around it and eliminate it. They are troublesome
It is possible, "with some wire" to lay the harness out EG on plywood, nail / screw and tie it to breakout points, mark, photo, take notes, etc, and replace "wire by wire" and "terminal by terminal"
