Pickup trucks

Hell, most half ton crew cab beds are less than 6 feet. Most are around 65 inches.

I have 2 pickups. My "work horse" a regular cab x 8 ft.bed. My "car" is a Crew cab, with a 5-1/2 ft. bed. It can tow well, though.

I trailered my 8 foot bed truck from New Mexico to Georgia behind my crew cab, and my Dart around the country with it. I also hauled my wife's SUV, AND an 18 ft boat (at the same time - two trailers) on a 9 hour drive from home to West Palm Beach, Fl. and back, with no complaints from the truck.

The crew cab is now approaching 175,000 miles, and the long bed is at nearly 300,000 miles, and both are still going strong.

...btw, I've never payed $1000 a month for a vehicle, ever. Not even when I had two new car payments at the same time.
