Seeing it both ways here, but Paypal has the ball now and I'd bet anything it's going to come out in favor of only one of them now.

I wouldn't pay a penny for Summit's or any big outfit's screwup like that either HOWEVER I'm sure that these Vendors account for this type of error on their part by building a little extra into their regular pricing. It's just overhead to them that we all pay for anyway. I know that I have paid a hell of a lot more by purchasing the majority of my parts from larger vendors (retail vs. private/used) than I could have done privately but I believe (in my situation) that the premium paid is worth avoiding situations like this, especially when I'M fuzzy about what I am looking for.
