You can take these numbers and go to a Crane Cams catolog or there web site and it will tell you everything. I can’t remember it all off hand but from what I can recall;
SR - street roller
246 - duration @.050
/362-2s I’m not sure
8 - cam is in a 108
IG - is Iron Gear which means you don’t need a bronze gear on the intermediate shaft. You can use the stock or the MP hardened gear.
